17 weeks ago I had twins. Leo and Carl.
From the first week of my pregnancy, one question stayed with me: am I actually eating enough, for all three of us? Every nutrient goes to the babies first. I had to stay on top of my own intake for the whole thing to keep running.
And there was just nothing out there that could tell me. Diet apps cut blind, whatever the cost to your milk or your own supply. Pregnancy apps clocked out the day you gave birth. Breastfeeding apps slapped on a flat +500 kcal, one baby or twins, nursing or pumping, didn't matter.
So I started building one myself. That's how NourishMe came to be.
After every meal, it recalculates what you and your baby still need — not just calories, but every macro and micronutrient. So you can course-correct with the next meal instead of finding out too late, on your real data, not a flat average. And every number traces back to a real source: DGE, BfR, EFSA, LactMed.
What started as my own fix is now here to help other moms asking the same question.
